About our Chef Alain Pignard

Chef Alain Pignard built his reputation at the prestigious 5-star hotel Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth in Montreal for 26 years. In 2005 he was elected the Best Chef of Quebec. His culinary philosophy favours a diverse and accessible cuisine firmly grounded in both European and North American traditions. He ardently promotes the use of Quebec’s artisanal products and local ingredients.  

 

Before establishing himself in Montreal, Alain practiced in other major cities of the world, including Paris, Rome and London.  Find out more.
